This Sherle Wagner Revolving Unit is New Old Stock.
Revolving Unit combines soap-dish/toothbrush-holder and cup-holder.
Based on my 40 years of dealing with S. Wagner I would guess 1970's.
Found at an estate sale.
Older items from Sherle Wagner seem heavier and more substantial.
Ribbon And Reed Gold-plate.
Estate sale along with the currently listed faucet and toilet-tank lever...all match.
