Vintage Elgin Outboard motor Model 571.58561 sold through Sears. With rewind starter, neutral clutch,full reverse and operating Instructions included. Motor has not been stared in years. It is not frozen and will turn over.1951 Elgin 5 HP571.58561This 5 H.P. Elgin outboard motor was made for the freshwater environment. The piston displacement is 10.6. The bore and stroke are 2.0" and 1.69" respectively. This outboard has starter of the recoil type and power steering as well RPM4000. There are scratches and dings as illustrated in pictures.
