    The bottom drawer is damaged.  The drawer is fine but the bottom of it is partially busted.  Unless you plan on putting heavy items on it you might not even need to repair it.  You could easily reinforce it with a piece underneath or cut an insert to lay in the drawer.  Sold as-is.  May have a little bit of shelf wear.  Never installed or used.
