    Description

    Hard to find in any grade, this 1841 Guatemala c/s 1828 Peru 8 reales has great detail and luster, and a fully UNC and bold counterstamp which is not noted on the holder since NGC just recently began issuing separate grades for the coin and for the counterstamp. It is amazing that the details on the tiny sunface of the counterstamp is fully formed and visible under magnification. The AU50 holder understates this coin.
